This is a swift service in which we will take notes about the current damping and preload settings with you off the bike. We will then sit you on the bike, where our technicians will see how the bike settles with you on it. This will allow them to determine if they need to add or remove settings. If you need to proceed with work, we can book you in on the spot and provide you with a quote. See below for this service.
We aim to make this service as easy as we can for the customer. You can either bring your bike or loose suspension to our workshop as we have the facility to accommodate all makes and models on-road and off-road. For loose suspension speak to a member of staff and we will arrange a collection. Easy and stress-free.

Our services include
- This service takes roughly 45 minutes
- We start by noting the current damping and preload setting on the bike
- We then sit you on the bike so we can measure the SAG, this gives our technicians a direction to add or remove spring preload
- We will then install our recommended setting based on rider feedback
- Once the damping and SAG is set you are ready to ride away
- If the SAG cannot be set, then we will advise the correct spring rate.
- If the spring isn’t in stock you can leave the bike with us or book another day to proceed with the work, a quote will be provided before the work is carried out.
